Hailing from Puerto Rico, Didactic (aka David López) is an Atlanta based DJ, Producer, Engineer & Musician. Disregarding musical boundaries, he works in various genres from House & Downtempo to Electronic Pop & Reggae.

As a musician from a young age, and with over two decades in the music industry & electronic music scene, his sound is innovative, technical & evocative.

As a DJ, his sets focus heavily on House Music, blending Deep, Minimal, Organic, Afro-Latin & Dub rhythms with hints of melodic and progressive elements. His quintessential long-mix style & seamless blending of sonic layers produces an expansive auditory journey through space.

David has played & worked with some of the best venues, promoters & festivals in Atlanta & the Southeast US including Wildpitch, The Music Room, Project B., Captains of Revelry, MidCity, The Art of House, Rebirth, Soldance, Sound Not Found, Re:Think Techno, Pangea, Believe, Ultra & Imagine.
